Steve Bridges - President & Founder

Mr. Bridges is responsible for defining strategy and vision. Prior to founding BSG, Mr. Bridges founded and lead Artemis Systems, a global management consulting firm. He previously worked as the Vice President of the Solutions division at Veriprise Wireless and has worked for Ernst & Young and PeopleSoft.

Mr. Bridges holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from Washington University.

Randy Geoghagan – Executive Vice President – SAP Practice

Mr. Geoghagan is responsible for all sales and operations of the SAP Practice. Prior to joining BSG, Mr. Geoghagan was Vice President of the Enterprise Program Management Office at Stiefel Laboratories where he was responsible for Global PMO processes, IT Strategy and Project Management Methodologies. Mr. Geoghagan joined Stiefel in 2006 as the Executive Director, Enterprise Projects where he led the implementation of SAP throughout North, Central and South America.

Prior to joining Stiefel Laboratories, Mr. Geoghagan worked in a variety of different Program Management, Account Management and Project Management positions at Acuity Brands, SAP America, Systems & Computer Technology (SCT) and Andersen Consulting (Accenture).

Mr. Geoghagan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia with a focus in Management Information Systems and has earned a Master of Business Administration from Emory University.

Tony Brennan - Vice President - Public Services

Tony Brennan has over 18 years of sales, management, and consulting experience. Tony began his career with General Electric Healthcare where he enjoyed many successful years in direct sales and management roles. He later moved on to a sales management role with Cordis, a Johnson & Johnson Company, where he successfully managed a team located in the eastern US. Next, Tony gained valuable experience with several dynamic early stage companies, CardioNow and Heartlab, in the Healthcare IT and Informatics space holding sales management positions.

Tony lives in Sandy Springs, GA, with his wife and 2 children.

Ovell Hamilton - CEO - Public Services, SDVOB

Mr. Hamilton is responsible for the operations of BSG - Public Services, SDVOB. Prior to Joining BSG, Mr. Hamilton earned the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy where he spent his distinguished 19 year career in various leadership roles including Logistics and Supply Officer, Logistics Publication, and Ship Stores Division. Mr. Hamilton also served as Vice-President of Administration and contracting for MLH Investments.

Mr. Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Arts from Morehouse University, a MA from Georgia State University, and accreditation from the Navy Supply Corps School. Additionally, Mr. Hamilton received 4 Navy Achievement Medals for Supply/Logistics excellence, 2 National Defense Medals, 1 Meritorious Unit Commendation, 1 Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, and 2 Admiral’s Letters of Commendation.
